Who We Are
The Conflict Science Institute is dedicated to applying relational sciences to the practice of law and management of conflict. CSI offers transdisciplinary and science-based approaches to understanding and managing interpersonal conflict, for lawyers, mediators, judges, mental health professionals, parenting coordinators, other professionals, and couples and parents.
What We Do
A teaching institute. We teach conflict management best practices by using existing relational science to enhance the negotiation and litigation process.
A working institute. We engage in the active application of CSI conflict management techniques through litigation, negotiation, and mediation.
A research institute. We perpetually explore, study, and research attachment science and theory, with a focused lens for the way humans respond to conflict. Through information and experience, we develop and share what we know works.
