DMM Coffee House #20: Memory systems and information processing

How do you see memory systems relating to information processing in your practice? How do you see imaged and connotative memory functioning in attachment A strategies? How do you see procedural and semantic memory systems functioning in attachment C strategies? Are somatic memory systems a subcategory of affective-oriented patterns and primarily significant for affective-oriented attachment patterns, or are somatic systems also at play in cognitive-oriented patterns?

Please join us to share your experiences and thoughts.

Next week Charley Shults will guide us through a session on loss. Steve Farnfield’s discussion of CAPA previously scheduled for September 1, 2020, will be moved to a later date.
